Alma Schaafstal Dr. Alma Schaafstal has a degree and a phd in cognitive psychology. During her work at TNO she focussed on training and simulation. At this moment she has a leading role at the researchcenter of Utrecht University, TNO and Utrecht School of Arts: "Advanced Gaming and Simulation" (AGS). She is also the program managing director at Taskforce Innovation Utrecht (TFI).
